Job Summary
Oversee full set accounting, financial reporting, and project finance activities including managing month-end closing, preparing management reports, and conducting variance analysis. Monitor project costing, work-in-progress, and development expenditure while supporting revenue recognition under the percentage of completion method. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for ongoing property development projects, liaising with auditors, tax agents, and bankers. Supervise the finance team and ensure compliance with MFRS, internal controls, and reporting standards. Requires 5–8 years of finance experience with property development exposure, strong analytical skills, and SAP ERP familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA)
- Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience
- Exposure in property development, construction, real estate, or infrastructure industry
- Strong knowledge of MFRS
- Experience with revenue recognition (MFRS 15)
- Experience in project accounting, WIP, and Percentage of Completion (POC) method
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills
