Job Summary
Oversee all financial activities, including developing strategies, managing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring cash flow and performance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax, and Zakat regulations in Saudi Arabia. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions, and lead and develop the finance team. Requires strong expertise in financial leadership, IFRS standards, and financial compliance within the Saudi market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including leadership of a finance department
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations in KSA
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Professional certification such as CPA, SOCPA, CMA, or CFA
