Job Summary
The Finance Manager will oversee financial health and administrative operations for Dymax's Mexico entity, including delivering financial reporting, enforcing internal controls, administering banking, and coordinating tax and payroll functions. A successful candidate will possess 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, a BS in Accounting, and proficiency in ERP systems along with advanced skills in Excel. The role demands strong knowledge of Mexican statutory reporting and banking regulations, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to manage audits and compliance effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- BS in Accounting
- ERP proficiency (JD Edwards E1 preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience as local controller or finance manager in distributor/manufacturing environments
- Fluent Spanish and English (read/write/speak)
- Strong knowledge of Mexican statutory reporting requirements and banking regulations
