Job Summary
The Finance Manager will plan, organize, and direct all financial aspects for Bristol Hospital Multi-Specialty Group, including policy development on finance, accounting, budget, and payroll. Key responsibilities include overseeing the month-end close process, implementing financial policies, establishing control plans, liaising with physicians, improving financial performance, negotiating contracts, and providing financial guidance to organizational leaders. Proficiency in PC applications and strong analytical skills are necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of fiscal management experience including three (3) years in a health care related organization
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance preferred
- CPA designation preferred
