Job Summary
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities for the Technology organization. Own month-end financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews to provide actionable insights to leadership. Develop and maintain financial models supporting scenario planning, investment analysis, and resource planning while partnering with cross-functional leaders to evaluate financial performance and identify risks. Analyze operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in forecasting methodologies and data management practices. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders to influence executive decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, accounting, or related financial disciplines
- Experience developing budgets, forecasts, financial models, and management reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data analysis
- Experience performing variance analysis and translating financial results into business insights
- Experience partnering with business leaders to support financial decision-making
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced credential
- Experience supporting Technology, IT, Digital, or Shared Services organizations
- Experience with financial transformation, process improvement, or automation initiatives
- Experience with planning systems such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Oracle, SAP, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar tools
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL-based reporting tools
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management experience
- Experience working in a large, matrixed healthcare, distribution, technology, or Fortune 500 environment
