Job Summary
Lead plant financial performance, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while supporting strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions and capital investments. Own plant conversion costs and manage cost allocation, control, and reduction strategies through detailed analysis of manufacturing costs, operational variances, and standard costing. Conduct monthly operating and financial reviews with plant leadership, lead financial reviews of manufacturing KPIs and inventory, and provide financial analysis for capital projects. Support annual inventory audits and track financial impact of cost savings initiatives. Requires minimum 7 years of manufacturing finance experience with a Bachelor's degree, CPA or CMA preferred, and advanced Excel modeling skills. Located in Alpharetta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of manufacturing finance experience (plant cost accountant, controller, or plant finance manager)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
Desired Qualifications
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
