Finance Manager

Job Summary
Develop budget proposals with senior managers, research revenue opportunities and economic trends, and analyze internal operations to identify cost reduction areas. Perform risk management through liability and investment analysis, manage capital structure, and evaluate fundraising initiatives. Monitor business performance using tracking tools, establish corrective measures, and prepare detailed reports for management. Organize monthly closing, financial reporting, and tax returns, while overseeing external and internal audit cooperation. Manage finance personnel and financial IT systems to ensure compliance with regulatory entities.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Executive experience with automotive business models and their associated revenue recognition
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
- Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance
- International finance experience
- 3 years of SAP Enterprise or similar electronic accounting software experience
- Professional certification (ex: Certified Public Accountant)
