Job Summary
Finance Manager responsible for day-to-day financial operations, IFRS-compliant financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, year-end close, audit liaison, internal controls, and providing financial insights to support strategic decisions in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Requires CA(SA) with 2-5 years post-articles, immediate availability, proficiency with ERP (SAP/Oracle), IFRS knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant – CA(SA)
- 2–5 years of post-articles experience in a finance role
- Immediate availability required
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic industry or multinational environment
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Solid understanding of IFRS and local tax regulations
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
