Job Summary
Finance Manager responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis; maintain financial procedures for regulatory compliance; collaborate with other departments to optimize resource usage; lead and develop finance teams to ensure the financial health of Madar in Saudi Arabia and support growth within the logistics sector. The role requires strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, VAT/ZATCA/compliance, and effective cross-functional communication in both Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Master's degree or a certification (CPA, CMA) is highly desirable
- A minimum of 10 years of experience (3-5 years as Manager) in finance management, accounting, or equivalent
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles, especially for the logistics sector
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software for accounting processes and reporting
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Arabic and English communication
- Ability to manage and direct teams of financiers and collaborate cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience in planning and streamlining financial operations for growth and efficiency
- Strong knowledge of ZATCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with VAT, excise tax, corporate income tax, and zakat filings in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to manage tax returns, reconcile tax liabilities, and communicate with ZATCA during audits or inquiries
