Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager (Teilzeit, 25h/Woche) leading the build-out of the Finance function for the German GmbH and the US entity, working directly with the CEO and CTO. Hands-on responsibility for data accuracy and on-demand reporting for institutional investors, funders, and auditors; setup of COA, reporting stack, and closing for both entities; US setup via Mercury, QuickBooks Online, Ramp, Carta, Fathom/Mosaic and German setup via DATEV; monthly investor updates and quarterly board packages; manage grant projects (BMWK, BAFA, EU programs; US DoC, NIH mechanisms); implement KI/automation strategies to reduce manual effort; ensure transfer pricing documentation and compliance (IRS Section 482 / OECD); rolling 6-month forecasts and scenario planning; build scalable data room and finance architecture for next growth phase; role partners with CEO/CTO and collaborates closely with teams across Germany and the US.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-/Manager-Level Erfahrung (6+ Jahre)
- Audit-, Tax- oder Transaction-Hintergrund bei einer Big-4-Kanzlei oder vergleichbar
- HGB sicher, US-GAAP in Grundzügen
- DATEV beherrschst du
- Englisch und Deutsch verhandlungssicher
- KI-Haltung und Automatisierung
- Vertrauliche Daten sicher behandeln
