Job Summary
Lead the Finance Team and oversee all financial activities, including managing a rolling 12-month forecast and utilizing the management information system for local management decisions. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and Austrian accounting standards while actively contributing to performance management and corporate governance systems aligned with SOX requirements. Coordinate with the local management team and support internal and external audits. Requires a degree in finance or accounting, extensive leadership experience in international environments, and strong German and English skills. Based in Althofen, Kärnten, with a salary according to the Electrical and Electronics Industry Collective Agreement.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzmanagement oder etwas Vergleichbarem wie z.B. Accounting, Corporate Finance oder Audit
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Finanzbereich in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Konzerncontrolling
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in US GAAP und österreichischen Rechnungslegungsstandards
- Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Prozessmanagementkompetenzen
- Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
