Job Summary
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives while conducting analysis and forecasting to identify trends. Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitor performance variances, and present accurate financial reports including income statements and cash flow data to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensure compliance with tax and regulatory standards, and optimize cash flow through effective working capital management. Lead the finance team by conducting performance appraisals, providing guidance, and implementing training programs. Oversee financial systems and software to maintain data integrity and security.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
