Job Summary
Finance Manager overseeing financial management in a multi-entity, international environment. Responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and sound financial governance; translates financial data into actionable insights for management decisions; maintains external stakeholder relationships; supports contract development, budgeting, variance analyses, and the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and client invoices. Key duties include developing and monitoring budgets, improving procedures for compliance with regulatory and group standards, overseeing taxation and audit processes, liaising with financial institutions and authorities, approving electronic purchase transactions, and coaching a high-performance team to drive professional development. Fluency in English with Romanian language skills a strong advantage.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline
- Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is desirable
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in corporate finance or hospitality finance, preferably within a multi-entity, multi-country environment with distributed teams
