Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a finance function
- Hands-on experience in managing multiple entities or a group structure
- Professional experience in accounting with strong HGB knowledge
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel and numerical skills
- Experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations
- Cash flow forecasting and treasury management
- Familiarity with end-to-end purchase order workflows and accounts payable controls
- English communications; German language preferred
