Finance Manager – Lowes

Job Summary
Lead monthly financial close processes for the Lowes commercial business segment, facilitating accurate reporting of financial results and variances. Serve as a key financial partner to commercial sales, operations, and account teams, driving results through business analysis and strategic decision support. Develop quarterly forecasts and annual operating plans while providing actionable insights on sales performance, margin analysis, and profitability drivers. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate promotional activities, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities, and monitor key performance indicators to recommend corrective actions. Support contract negotiations, rebate calculations, and process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
- experience in a Corporate Finance, FP&A or Commercial finance environment
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

- Demonstrated financial systems acumen

- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI
- knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or their equivalent
