Job Summary
Finance Manager responsible for owning the P&L and day-to-day financial operations for Roc Nation’s sports agency. Hands-on role overseeing month-end close with accruals and reconciliations, deferred revenue, AR/billing cycle for 300+ clients, and weekly cash flow forecasting. Manages contract and revenue tracking across internal systems, prepares recurring reports by sport/client/deal type, coordinates with financial advisors, and supports budgeting/forecasting with FP&A. Requires collaboration with agents, consultants, and leadership; strong Excel/ERP skills (Oracle), experience with Airtable, and a detail-oriented approach to high-volume financial processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 5–8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Strong command of AR, accrual accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Experience with Airtable or other workflow/database platforms (preferred)
- Excellent communication and ability to work with agents, advisors, and senior leadership
