Finance Manager

Job Summary
Lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and close exercises to shape commercial success for sales teams and senior leaders. Provide decision support, identify operational improvement opportunities, and implement accounting controls to ensure timely financial reporting. Mentor staff on technical accounting, champion process improvements through Practical Process Improvement (PPI), and drive profitability with a focus on pricing intelligence and margin analysis. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years in finance, strong forecasting skills, and expertise in Oracle, SAP Analytics Cloud, or HFM. Standard Mon-Fri schedule with less than 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance field
- 6+ years of relevant working experience within the Finance or Accounting field such as FP&A, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Controls, Finance Partnership, Commercial Operations
- Strong financial acuity, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
- Data management experience and the ability to manage large sets of data and accurate reports
- Be an organized multitasker: you prioritize your workload, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong team building skills working with a diverse group of people, even if geographically dispersed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate analysis and recommendations in concise informative manner
- Excellent skills with MS Excel are required
- Less than 10% domestic/international travel required
