Finance Manager, Large Projects

Job Summary
Finance Manager embedded in the Project Delivery team to drive financial control, visibility, and performance across large-scale construction projects. Responsible for budgeting, cost control, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting, including CTC/EAC, POC-based revenue recognition, and margin analysis, while partnering with project leadership and operations to identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies. Leads the use of ERP systems (MS D365) and coordinates with subcontracts, purchase orders, and audit/compliance activities; requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills to support decision-making across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Recognized accounting designation or degree in Finance or a related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial management within large-scale construction projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of financial reporting, audit processes, and quality assurance practices
- Experience with governance frameworks, risk management, and financial controls in project environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with collaborative relationship-building across teams
