Finance Manager (LAGRIDE)

Job Summary
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports while monitoring daily rental revenue, driver payments, and fleet performance. Conduct variance analysis to drive profitability, oversee cash flow and treasury operations, and ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws. Coordinate internal and external audits, manage accounts payable and receivable, and implement internal controls to prevent fraud. Supervise the finance team and support fleet expansion planning and capital investment strategies. This role supports executive decision-making to strengthen Lagride's financial sustainability and expansion strategy across Lagos.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent)
- 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and Nigerian tax regulations
