Job Summary
Structure and finalize retail and lease transactions with speed and accuracy while securing competitive financing across prime, subprime, lease, and retail profiles. Drive product penetration and profitability by engaging deals early at the sales desk and presenting F&I products transparently to Cadillac clientele. Maintain strict compliance and documentation standards to ensure every deal moves efficiently through funding. Support strong customer satisfaction scores by balancing profitability with a positive customer experience. This role requires a proactive Finance Manager with established lender relationships and luxury dealer experience. Required Qualifications
- Proven F&I / Finance Manager with a track record of strong PVR and product penetration
- Proactive with the sales desk and invested in the store's success beyond your office
- Established lender relationships; experienced across all credit profiles
- Sharp on F&I compliance and documentation
- Polished communicator - luxury or high-line experience preferred
