Job Summary
Conduct month-end P&L performance analysis, reconcile data discrepancies, and coordinate monthly forecast collection across APAC business units. Drive operational execution of the APAC annual budget cycle, validate assumptions, and support five-year long-range planning through regional data sorting. Monitor consolidated APAC cash position, review accounts receivable aging reports, and maintain regular reconciliation records for cash and AR data. Respond to routine global data requests, conduct deep-dive analysis on cost structure and project profitability, and liaise with commercial and delivery teams to assess financial impacts. Maintain standardized FP&A templates, optimize workflows, and escalate material operational risks to APAC finance leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
- 8+ years FP&A working experience in multinational company environment
- Solid exposure in periodic forecasting
- Solid exposure in budget preparation
- Solid exposure in cash flow management
- Solid exposure in other key regional financial metrics
- Practical knowledge of full-cycle financial planning processes
- Knowledge of regional business finance operations
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in financial modeling
- Familiarity with SAP
- Familiarity with Hyperion data tools
- Strong cross-team coordination capability
- Detail-oriented with high standard for data accuracy
- Fluent English for daily global document submission and routine communication
- Ability to maintain standardized FP&A templates and unified data caliber
- Ability to optimize FP&A workflows
