Finance Manager - Interim - 6 months

Job Summary
Senior interim Finance Manager responsible for leading financial close, IFRS and Belgian GAAP reporting across multiple entities, global tax compliance, audit management, and team leadership during a 3–6 month engagement. Role covers coordinating with VP Finance and Finance Process Manager, ensuring accurate financial packs, OSS/IOSS VAT filings, transfer pricing, and PE-backed SaaS environment requirements. Requires a Master's in Accounting/Finance or Tax (with ACCA/CPA/RA preferred), 8–12 years of experience (3+ in a leadership role), deep IFRS 15 and Belgian tax knowledge, NetSuite ERP proficiency, and ability to operate independently in English. Location is Merelbeke, Belgium, with hybrid working model (2–3 days on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax (or equivalent)
- ACCA, CPA or RA qualification preferred
- 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Hands-on with IFRS 15 in subscription business
- Strong Belgian GAAP knowledge
- NetSuite ERP experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous interim or consultancy experience a strong plus
- Fluent English
