Job Summary
Finance Manager-in-Training program to develop leadership in Finance through hands-on rotations, mentorship, and comprehensive exposure to Accounting & Finance, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and payroll oversight. The role supports coverage for finance functions across departments and aims to prepare candidates for a future Assistant Manager role, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin and MS Office are preferred.
