FINANCE MANAGER*IN (m/w/d)

Develop scalable finance and controlling structures for stores and head office, including processes, tools, and reporting systems. Manage liquidity planning, budgeting, and forecasting while creating impactful reports for the executive team and investors. Analyze store KPIs to identify and implement economic potential through close collaboration with operations. Oversee preparatory accounting, payment traffic, and coordination with tax advisors and external partners. Ensure efficient, transparent processes and early detection of economic risks. This role requires full-time commitment with a focus on building the finance function from scratch to support future expansion across Germany.
