Job Summary
Finance Manager to join the US Finance team in Plymouth, MN on a hybrid schedule. Responsible for coordinating the annual US and Global Specialty Lines planning processes, preparing strategic and long-term forecasted financial statements, analyzing potential merger, acquisition and divestitures (including modeling impacts) and conducting due diligence. Leads coordination of various special projects for executive leadership and supports staff development. Requires a Bachelor’s degree; progress toward CPCU/CFA/CIA/ACAS or CPA is advantageous; 6-10 years of related experience with 3-5 years in a senior or management role. Salary ranges for new hires typical base: $123,000–$159,000, with location-based adjustments; comprehensive benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Progress toward CPCU, CFA, CIA, ACAS (not required for all positions); CPA designation or progress towards is also sufficient
- 6-10 years of related experience
- 3-5 years in a senior or management role
