Job Summary
Finance Manager (Site Lead) at Gympie site responsible for end-to-end finance including month-end close, consolidations, statutory reporting, governance and supporting the integration of a newly acquired business. Operates as a standalone, on-site leader delivering accurate reporting, strong governance and insights to support Executive and Board decision-making. Key duties include leading month-end close with entity and consolidated statements, coordinating reconciliations across payroll, provisions, cash and working capital, ensuring GST/ITR/OSR compliance, providing insights to site and group decisions, leading treasury and audit processes, and sustaining a strong link to central finance. Requires technically strong finance professional with experience in reporting, consolidations and compliance within a multi-entity environment; CPA/CA qualification (or progressing) preferred.
