Job Summary
Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts while preparing and analyzing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Monitor financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations and overseeing cash flow management and risk assessment. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, manage relationships with external auditors and banks, and implement cost-control measures to improve efficiency. Supervise the finance team, develop financial policies, and identify investment opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of experience, and ACCA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Able to do a full set of accounts
- 5+ years of experience in financial management or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
