Job Summary
Finance Manager for Hardware Solutions, USCAN leads finance partnership for the Equipment Service USCAN business, partnering with the USCAN Services General Manager to drive growth through monthly forecasts, budgeting, closing processes, and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include developing forecasts from orders and sales through operating margin with variance analysis, coordinating monthly and quarterly close, leading annual budget and target setting, participating in cross-functional projects to increase rigor and efficiency, and producing complex financial models linking service work orders, backlog, headcount/utilization, commercial backlog, revenue, and margin. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field with 5+ years experience (or Master's with 3+ years, or Doctorate with 0-2 years), strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency, and preferred experience with Oracle, SFDC, and OneStream. The role is on-site in Marlborough, MA, with a salary range of $105,000-$115,000 and eligibility for bonus/incentives; comprehensive benefits are offered by Cytiva/Danaher.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field with 5+ years experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years experience OR doctoral degree with 0-2 years experience
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, willingness to leverage AI
- Advanced Excel, data manipulation, data visualization, and BI tool experience
- Financial systems knowledge preferred (Oracle, SFDC, OneStream)
- Experience in cross-functional projects and financial planning processes (annual budget, monthly forecast)
- Ability to produce complex financial modeling with multiple linkages (service orders, backlog, headcount, utilization, revenue, margin)
- On-site role in Marlborough, MA
