Finance Manager

Lead monthly Wellness DRM financial forecast and drive topline achievement by partnering with commercial teams to translate business plans. Manage full financial planning cycles including the 3-year Long Range Plan, Annual Business Plan, Operating Plan, and Monthly CMF. Conduct performance reviews and variance analysis to identify drivers and corrective actions for two brands across six main channels. Build product P&L models to support investment decisions and drive cross-brand/channel synergy. Act as a business partner for the Wellness innovation team, handling new product P&L simulation and gate management. Requires deep FP&A expertise and strong commercial acumen to solve complex planning issues with high business volatility.
