Job Summary
Present financing options and structure deals to maximize gross while maintaining 100% compliance and transparency. Secure competitive lender approvals, manage relationships to buy tough deals, and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete. Maintain strong per-copy averages, keep contracts in transit current for fast funding, and stay current on lending and regulatory requirements to protect the store. Deliver a no-pressure, fully disclosed experience that protects CSI and earns repeat business. Hit monthly targets for product penetration and funding speed.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive F&I experience
- Proven track record of strong per-copy and product penetration
- Thorough knowledge of F&I compliance and lender requirements
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- High integrity and a customer-first approach
- Clean driving record and background
