Job Summary
Finance Manager, Global Customer Experience (GCX) at eBay will ensure decisions are backed by accurate financial metrics and promote cost awareness across GCX. You will coordinate spend aligned with monthly forecasts and annual budgets, develop standardized automated presentation content for Monthly Business Review, and manage the monthly close, journal entries, and hiring plans for Global functions. You will partner with Capacity Planning, Partner Management, and leadership to align spend and identify investment opportunities and savings, own relationships with the Genpact shared service center to streamline processes, and provide insights through variance analysis to guide resource allocations. You will develop ROI models with analytics teams to support data-driven decisions, and use Excel, SQL, and Tableau to analyze large datasets. A Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or related field and 5+ years in FP&A or related functions are required, along with leadership experience and strong communication skills. The base pay range is 120,000-150,000 USD, with potential additional benefits; remote roles are not eligible for U.S. visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or related corporate finance functions
- Strong MS Excel command
- Ability to present and drive decision-making at all levels of the organization
- Leadership experience and experience leading a team
- Ability to multi-task and deliver on tight timelines
- Ability to perform in a matrix organization with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity
