Job Summary
Finance Manager responsible for owning the P&L, cash runway, burn, and budgets with dynamic forecasts; drive KPI/OKR systems and investor reporting; build robust business cases for hires, investments, and pricing; partner with a German tax advisor and coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver tax and forecast tasks; leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve reporting and forecasting; work from the office in Berlin with part-time flexibility (minimum 20 hours/week); use Excel/Google Sheets, HubSpot CRM, BI tools, and AI-enabled finance tools to support leadership decisions and scalable finance processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years in finance, FP&A, controlling, or strategic finance
- strong in reporting, planning, KPI systems, and business analysis
- commercially minded and detail oriented
- clear communicator across teams
- comfortable with external partners like tax advisors and presenting to investors
- open to part-time (minimum 20 hours per week)
