Job Summary
Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight while preparing and delivering accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making, coordinate budget preparation and monitoring across the business, and ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. Monitor foreign exchange exposure and support business case development for investment initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute to minor process improvement initiatives. This role is essential for ensuring financial stability and compliance within our Australian manufacturing and production business.
