Job Summary
Finance Manager (FP&A) at Juvare leveraging a corporate financial model to guide strategic decisions for a growing SaaS company. Collaborate with sales to assess revenue impacts of client opportunities, develop and benchmark operational metrics for monthly reporting (Board/executive packages), translate forecasts into actionable guidance with business leaders, and drive process improvements. Manage month-end close, variance analyses, and reporting to executive leadership and the Board; collaborate with R&D on development initiatives and support M&A integration. Requires strong financial modeling skills, Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce; BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics and 3-4+ years FP&A/corporate finance experience; SaaS exposure and PE-backed company experience are highly preferred.

- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 3-4+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience
