Finance Manager - FP & A (Ghana only)

Job Summary
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range budgeting across transaction-driven remittance corridors, products, and entities. Build driver-based models tracking volumes, take rates, FX spreads, and customer metrics while performing variance analysis on volume, price, and FX impacts. Partner with Treasury to monitor daily liquidity, forecast funding needs, and optimize settlement cycles and working capital. Analyze FX performance, margins, and hedging strategies to drive pricing adjustments and revenue enhancement. Act as a commercial finance partner to Sales, Operations, and Product teams, evaluating new corridor launches and campaign effectiveness. Track core KPIs including CAC, LTV, and contribution margins to support monthly business reviews and early warning signals on margin compression or liquidity strain. Prepare board-level reporting on revenue, margins, and treasury insights, utilizing Power BI dashboards and financial modeling tools.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA Ghana, or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of five years' relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, management accounting, commercial finance, treasury or corporate finance
- At least two years in a supervisory or assistant-manager role
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- Experience working with large transaction datasets and collaborating with Data or Engineering teams
- Knowledge of SQL or other data-analysis tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and professional judgement

- Experience within fintech, remittances, payments, banking, telecommunications or another high-volume, transaction-driven business
