Job Summary
Finance Manager to lead accounting operations, financial close, and internal controls across the FORSITE group. Responsible for coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual close with consolidation across multiple legal entities; delivering internal management reporting packages for executive leadership; overseeing general ledger activities (journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions); ensuring compliance with Canadian accounting standards and tax obligations; managing GST/HST and PST filings; designing and maintaining internal controls and audit readiness; partnering with the CFO and business units on budgeting, forecasting and operational performance; and supporting finance-process improvements and NetSuite ERP initiatives. Occasional travel within Canada and the US as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active CPA designation
- Progressive experience in financial reporting and controllership
- Demonstrated experience managing a financial close process in a multi-entity environment
- Solid working knowledge of Canadian tax compliance (GST/HST, PST, corporate tax)
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems
