Job Summary
Finance Manager to drive budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial planning; develop robust financial models; perform profitability and variance analyses by customer, channel, product, and promotion; provide actionable insights on revenue, margins, and cash flow; collaborate with cross-functional partners; implement automation, dashboards, and KPIs to enhance visibility and support data-driven decisions; support strategic initiatives with ad-hoc analysis; lead management reporting and coordinate with senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, preferably in retail and wholesale industry
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools and Tableau
- Familiar with SQL, Python, data warehousing, and advanced Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated success in improving processes, building dashboards, and implementing reporting systems
