Job Summary
Monitor cash flows, forecast future trends, and analyze changes to provide financial advice while ensuring regulatory compliance and interpreting financial information. Follow up on legislative and financial regulation changes, pursue cost-reduction opportunities, and prepare long-term strategic operation plans. Develop and improve financial management mechanisms to reduce risks, report performance influences, and study market trends against competing establishments. This role supports the company's growth and IPO preparation within the Riyadh coffee industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 10-12 years of finance experience
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Experience preferably in the F&B or retail sector
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi tax laws
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards
- Strong skills in financial modeling
- Strong skills in forecasting
- Strong skills in data analysis
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Proficiency with financial accounting software
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Strong communication capabilities
- Strong team management capabilities
Desired Qualifications
- CMA, CPA, or equivalent
