Job Summary
Direct preparation of budgets, reviews proposals, and generates twelve-month rolling financial forecasts to ensure accurate statements and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Establishes operational strategies, conducts detailed financial analysis at project and site levels, and prepares quarterly business reviews and long-term strategic planning initiatives. Advises leadership on cost-saving opportunities, profitability strategies, and acquisition activities while coordinating with management on new business planning. Provides feedback and coaching to the finance team, implements HR strategies for recruitment and retention, and supports external audits. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, 7-10 years of supervisory experience, and a full-time role in Bukit Minyak, Penang.
