Job Summary
Finance Manager – Farm Analytics leads the Finance Farm & Grower Analytics team and drives the FARM analytics function across Mastronardi-owned greenhouse operations. Responsible for the monthly financial forecast and annual budget for farms, development and rollout of a detailed BI reporting plan, automation of reporting, and creation of dashboards. Oversees cost analytics including costing per SKU and per square meter, supports leadership with strategic initiatives, collaborates with IT to validate data, and assists with senior-management presentations and business planning. The role emphasizes data-driven analyses, development of financial models, and mentorship of team members to deliver actionable insights that align with corporate strategy and the PRIDE values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or similar advanced degree with two years post-MBA and supervisory experience preferred
- Five years of work experience in corporate finance/planning, decision support, and strategy analysis of operations
- Strong financial modeling capabilities across detailed and high-level models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Exceptional writing and verbal presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to build relationships with business partners and tailor communication to the audience
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and provide data-driven insights
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Experience presenting results to senior management (including board presentations)
- Experience leading and developing others
- Ability to work with IT to validate data and automate reporting
- Experience with cost management and expense optimization
- Knowledge of greenhouse industry or agriculture finance is a plus
