Job Summary
Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, forecasting, and cash flow management, while preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support strategic business decisions with financial insights and risk assessments, manage cost controls to enhance profitability, and implement robust financial systems and internal controls. Provide financial leadership in growth and capital strategies, including experience in Initial Public Offering (IPO) processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 10 years of experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role within F&B or retail, and proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting software, and ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance
- 2–3 years in a managerial role
