Finance Manager

Job Summary
Lead financial accounting and cost accounting in compliance with local and Corporate IFRS standards; ensure policy adherence (signature, travel, expenses) and meet closing deadlines (Month End, Half Year End, Full Year End); manage liquidity planning for the local legal entity and highlight opportunities and risks; oversee local controlling team including admins and interns; coordinate financial planning and tax matters with external authorities, auditors, and the regional office; drive process improvements for the local entity in collaboration with head office; work as part of the local management team; require a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years in a finance role (preferably international), English proficiency, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics; possesses ability to lead and develop a team and manage internal policies in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in a finance department, preferably within an international environment
- Professional proficiency in English
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and a high level of self-management
- Focus and structure
- Microsoft and IA knowledge
- Microsoft Dynamic is a plus
- Stablish processes in a growing company
