Job Summary
Drive profitability of respective accounts through analysis support to all cost centers, understanding variances in expenses to budget, forecast, and prior year to recommend appropriate actions. Prepare financial and operational presentations for business reviews, lead discussions on account and program financial performance, and develop key operational reporting tools to ensure KPI compliance. Manage the formal budget and forecast process internally and externally, including detailed variance explanations, while partnering with account leadership to drive strategic planning and program outcomes. Handle ad hoc analysis, initiatives, and project work, and lead other financial analysts. Requires five+ years of finance experience, expert Excel and PowerPoint skills, and 20% estimated travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of five+ years of related finance work
- Operational & financial analytics experience
- Customer presentation / management experience
- Core FP&A experience
- Expert Level Excel skills
- Expert Level PowerPoint skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience working in a matrix-organization
