Finance Manager (Digital Finance)

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and the implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools. Support Cintra's digital businesses by monitoring business performance, guiding teams through corporate procedures, and assessing technology investment initiatives for business impact and strategic fit. Coordinate and participate in finance and digital projects throughout their lifecycle, providing oversight to maximize operational efficiency while leading change management efforts and training finance teams partnering with IT and innovation groups. Promote best practices, process standardization, and knowledge sharing to enable the rollout of innovative solutions. Stay current on emerging technology trends and finance digitalization best practices to proactively identify opportunities for introducing innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- 6 to 8 years of experience in finance roles
- At least 3 years in transformation or systems-related projects
- Experience with AI solutions (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot...) in a professional environment with a track record of real impact and value delivery
- SAP experience
- Must be able to demonstrate computer proficiency, especially within Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point, as well as PC based programs
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Meet in-person work requirements
- Willingness to relocate within the US or Canada, with potential global mobility
- Ability to adjust focus, as necessary to use a computer
- Ability to regularly talk or hear
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with low data transformation and automation tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Agent Builder, UiPath, n8n, Airtable, Zapier, etc.)
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SAC, or Qlikview
- Strong preference for S/4HANA exposure
- Strong digital skills and ease working with technology-driven environments and high performing teams

- Proven project management and cross-functional leadership capability
