Finance Manager

Finance Manager responsible for ensuring accurate accounting records, leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, performing financial analysis and data integrity checks, preparing and presenting financial statements and annual accounts, taking full ownership of tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Tax, Forms 111, 115, etc.), liaising with HQ Finance, auditors, and external stakeholders, overseeing credit control and cash flow management, leading or supporting ERP implementation and finance transformation projects, strengthening internal controls and accounting procedures, and managing and developing the accounting team. Reports to the Finance Director of DFDS Spain in an international environment; requires a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting, 5-7 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in a leadership role, knowledge of tax regulations, IFRS knowledge a plus, Dynamics 365 ERP a plus, and fluent English and Spanish (French a plus). The role emphasizes ambition, attention to detail, analytical and stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
