Finance Manager - Delivery Lead

Job Summary
Deliver finance managed services for a global client, meeting agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. Manage IFRS reconciliations and audit support across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality work and manage priorities effectively. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, providing updates on performance, risks, and issue resolution. Monitor service delivery, manage risks, and drive process improvements, standardisation, and automation. Lead and develop finance teams, supporting resource planning and partnering with senior leadership on strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent)
- IFRS and GAAP experience
- Proven experience working in global, multi-jurisdictional environments, including coordination with international stakeholders and delivery centres
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with geographically dispersed teams and senior client contacts
- Must be ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA qualified (or international equivalent)
