Job Summary
The Finance Manager will manage the financial transaction process within the vehicle purchase experience, coordinating with lenders to secure approvals, preparing title and funding paperwork, and advising staff on DMV laws. Responsibilities include working with the sales team and customers to streamline financing and warranty options, building customer rapport for referrals, presenting finance and insurance menus, and ensuring timely submission of paperwork to lenders and accounting. The role requires staying compliant with state regulations, collaborating with service advisors on extended warranties, and achieving monthly objectives. Strong attention to detail, organization in a fast-paced dealership environment, and the ability to develop relationships with lenders and bank representatives are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Prior automotive sales consultant experience required; 1-3yrs
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred
- MBA a plus
