Job Summary
Finance Manager for the DACH region driving the accounting, treasury, FP&A, and reporting for a portfolio of software businesses. Leads GAAP financial statements, board reporting, budgeting, KPIs, and SOPs; partners with senior operators; collaborates with offshore resources; supports acquisition integration; requires CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA/FCA/FCCA designation, fluent German and English, 7+ years in finance/accounting, and ability to lead teams in a hybrid Munich-based office; travel to European entities or HQ in Toronto may occur.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years proven experience in a finance/accounting role
- Fluency in German and English
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, FCA, FCCA) or equivalent experience
- Experience leading teams and driving process improvement
- Experience with U.S. GAAP and Oracle NetSuite are a plus
