Job Summary
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Channel leaders to deliver on business objectives by owning P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to provide insights to senior leadership, while leading ROI analysis for promotional plans and strategic financial projects. Present monthly variance findings and recommendations to the Consumer Leadership Team, identify key financial drivers, and enhance process efficiency. Lead and mentor a Senior Financial Analyst to foster professional development and high-quality deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA designation or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably within a large corporate environment, including commercial finance experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with SAP and/or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive initiatives from planning through execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement in all aspects of work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
