Finance Manager

Finance Manager role focused on supporting the firm’s pricing approval function, ensuring financial integrity of fee arrangements, and driving profitability through data-driven pricing recommendations. Responsibilities include developing KPI reporting frameworks to track pricing approval volume and financial impact, partnering with leadership to design workflows and policies for efficient, auditable approvals, and collaborating with Legal Project Management, Conflicts, and Technology to streamline intake, approvals, documentation, and compliance. The role also involves retrospectives on engagements with discounted or non-standard pricing to extract lessons and improve future decisions, and protecting confidential information. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with at least seven years of analytical experience in finance or related professional services, plus leadership experience in projects or initiatives.
